Last summer, current and former CDD staff, along with family and friends, celebrated CDD’s 75th anniversary and shared memories. The courtyard decorations sparkled in the sunshine, and timeline posters representing CDD’s history ringed the courtyard. Highlights of the event included:

• Donation of courtyard benches in memory of former CDD social worker, Bob Freeman
• UI mascots Herky and Perky and the perfect summer refreshment…Sno-cones!
