Caitlin Owens, MSW, is Director of Iowa's UCEDD, the state's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. She is Core Faculty for Social Work for Iowa LEND, and adjunct faculty at the University of Iowa School of Social Work.

Dianne McBrien, MD, is Medical Director at the Center for Disabilities and Development. She is Director of Iowa LEND, the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Program for the state.
