Taking Charge of My Health (TCMH)

CDD Celebrates Seven Decades
This past year CDD celebrated more than seven decades of providing care, services and supports to people with disabilities. The Wheelchair Clinic at the Center for Disabilities and Development was recently featured on Facebook, one of CDD's new social media platforms.
